Personal Video Consultancy Service Fee
The consultancy fee is only INR 10000 for 30 minutes duration. (USD 500 for all international clients).
If you wish to have more than 30 minutes video consultation, then you need to make prior arrangement for it and make the requisite payment in advance.
How to get the best out of the Personal Video Consultancy?

You must have accurate Birth Information such as Date of Birth, Time of Birth and Place of birth. Correct time of birth is absolutely essential and if you do not have it, we will not accept the order. You may check up your Birth certificate or parents for the correct time. Communicate with a computer having Webcam

You must have Internet connection and your Skype ID. If you do not have your own Skype ID, you can download from www.skype.com free of cost within minutes

You need to have a Head Phone with Mic or speaker or with mic enabled in your computer.

We need to know your single main questions in advance. However sub-questions can be asked later during the session.

You can also visit your nearest Internet café and do the Skype session with Dr. Andrew Dutta.

All the information provided by you is kept strictly confidential by us as a matter of professional policy.

We will try our best to fix date and time for consultation within 3 business days after your payment is credited to our bank account.

The time duration for video consulting is strictly between 20 to 30 minutes only and no extension is possible.

Extra time slots of additional 15 minutes can be purchased with INR 2000/USD 30 at least 24 hours prior to the date of the video session. However if you wish you can fix another session of 30 minutes at a later date y making a separate payment.

No recording of the session is provided by us

If you wish, you may note down important points and advices given by Dr. Andrew Dutta (Sri Indrajit). No written analysis or video transcripts will be provided by us.

Without correct and time of birth we do not accept orders. Approximate time of birth is not accepted by us.

Please be aware that we are in India and our time zone is East of GMT +5:30 hrs. Keep this in mind while finalizing the appointment time.

Dr. Andrew Dutta (Sri Indrajit) can correspond in English, Bengali and Hindi only.

If you cannot speak English/Hindi/Bengali, then you can keep a translator with you during the video sessions to translate the discussions live.

Do not try to contact us via SKYPE for other than your own Consultation session. Just because we are available in SKYPE does not mean that we can connect with you as we may be in other confidential session with someone else.

Once your payment is received by us, we will set up the video session date and time mutually convenient to you and Dr. Andrew Dutta (Sri Indrajit). YOU MUST NOT MISS THIS APPOINTMENT. In case you miss the appointment for any reason, then the next appointment will be given to you only at our discretion and time.

Even though we make the best of our efforts to schedule an appointment with Dr. Andrew Dutta, at times we are over-booked and we are forced to refuse new orders. In such cases payments will be refunded if you do not wish to proceed with the service. If you do not want your payment to be refunded, you can wait for the earliest available date and time slot to be provided by us.

For any technical default on our side, if the session is cancelled we will refund the full amount to you.

Before placing the order, please make sure you have installed the SKYPE and make sure that you have a Head Phone with mic for hearing and speaking clearly.

Generally, we accept orders from any person from anywhere in the world who can communicate in English/Hindi/Bengali (or arrange a translator in anyone of these languages).
